i live (and surf) elsewhere, but walked this trail for the first time last june. nice.
thanks steve. can't walk that trail in bare feet, though. sharpest gravel on earth.
i do remember feeling some sharp edges through the 5mm of rubber. nothing compared to the urchin spines of september, however, and my carpenter-friend's efforts at field extraction. took a while for the buggers to work their way out.
